Sandwich with pastrami and arugula
Ingredients:
- bread with bran - 2
- pastrami - 4 thin pieces
- cheddar - 2 thin pieces
- homemade mayo - 1 tsp.
- arugula - 1/2 cup
- extra virgin olive oil - 1 tsp.
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp.
- salt - small pinchOn a dry frying pan, fry the bread on one side. Turn to the other side and place on top of slices of cheese, after 15-20 seconds Transfer to a plate. On each slice of bread to catch on 2 slices of pastrami, brush the top with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Arugula season with lemon juice, salt and olive oil, put on top of the sandwich
Instructions:
On a dry frying pan, fry the bread on one side. Turn to the other and place pice of cheese on top. After 15-20 seconds transfer to a plate. Put 2 slices of pastrami on each piece of bread, spread thin layer of mayonnaise. Season arugula with lemon juice, salt and olive oil, put on top of the sandwich. Bon appetite!
