Probably this is the most unusual dish I’ve ever cooked, but very delicious though. Think, I’m starting falling in love with Vietnamese cuisine!

Put the black chicken into a large pot, cover with cold water. Add all herbs and bring to a boil over a high heat. Add salt, pepper and stock concentrate (if desired). Reduce heat to medium low, cook for about 70-90 min. Serve hot with a cooked rice.
