  2. as always adore the video and enjoy watching you cook but have to tell you this Microwave Risotto is not going to happen. Could be that I just enjoy making the "real" deal or that my Microwave sucks. thanks for sharing.

  3. I bet if you teach people how to defrost frozen chicken, ground beef/turkey and fish fillet using a microwave people would love it. Nobody under 50 years old knows how to cook at all here in the USA. Seriously. I'm being series. Men or Women. I love to cook but I'm shocked at how many things I don't know. I was so happy to figure how to defrost frozen protein in the micro… about three years ago. It's amazing. Without cooking it. Just defrosting so I can make a healthy dinner.

  5. This looks delish. I've done a similar cheats risotto just buy putting it all in the oven to bake, turned out nice as well.
