  1. Ok so let me make sure I got this right. Did u use every clove of garlic in that one jar? And then with the left over peels is what u put in a pot with more garlic ?

  2. Last question what do u use it for? I mean do u use it in receipes that say to use o. Oil and when I've roasted garlic in the past I chopped off the tops but I don't have to do that?
