Rich chocolate brownies recipe with cocoa powder, butter, sugar and eggs. Easy one-bowl recipe. This recipe is inspired and slightly adapted from chocolate genius, Alice Medrich. These brownies aren’t overly sweet. If you are like us and find yourself reaching for darker chocolate over milk chocolate, these are most certainly for you.

  12. Hi, I'm from Brazil and I make Brownies to sell.
You have reversed the traditional mode of preparation, but still it was perfect.
Could you explain the difference between using Aluminum Foil instead of Butter Paper?
And why melt the sugar next to the chocolate and butter, instead of hitting it with the eggs?
