Hey everyone! In todays video I’m showing you some healthy mug cake recipes and healthy mug recipes that are quick to make and taste yummy too! A mix of sweet and savoury for whatever you are craving 🙂

Chocolate Mug Cake
4 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg
2 tbsp almond milk
pinch himalayan salt
Microwave: 60 seconds, or until done in the centre but don’t overcook!

Omelette
2 eggs
handful spinach
whatever other toppings you like
Microwave 60 seconds, or until done in the centre but don’t overcook!

Chocolate Chip Cookie
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch himalayan salt
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp paleo chocolate chips
Microwave 60 seconds, or until done in the centre but don’t overcook!

Pizza Mug
1 1/2 tbsp coconut flour (or 3 tbsp another flour)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
sauce and toppings of choice
Microwave 2 minutes

DIY Cashew Ricotta
1 cups cashews (soaked overnight or for 1-2 hours in boiling water)
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp almond milk
1-2 cloves garlic
AND BLEND!

Cinnamon Roll
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch himalayan salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
Microwave 2 minutes, or until done in the centre but don’t overcook!

Icing:
1 tbsp coconut butter
1 tbsp almond milk
1 teaspoon coconut sugar

  3. Just made the chocolate mug cake – the consistency was great. I do recommend only one tbsp of cacao and 2 tsp of coconut sugar. Wasn't sweet enough. Loved the vid Liv xx
