INGREDIENTS for Fried Zucchini Flowers, Italian style!
Zucchini Flowers (also called “Zucchini Blossoms”) – 20
Durum Flour (or, Farina Semolina Rimicinata) – 225 grams
Cold Carbonated Water – 350+ ml
Peanut oil for frying
Fine salt – to taste
