Moveable Feast With Fine Cooking | season three preview



Hosted by award-winning Australian chef, restaurateur and cookbook author Pete Evans, MOVEABLE FEAST WITH FINE COOKING takes viewers on a culinary journey across America. The series combines flavorful ingredients, top chefs and beautiful locations for the ultimate dining experience.

In the third season, Pete teams up with several chefs and food artisans, including Nashville superstar chef Trevor Moran, Miami sensations Michelle Bernstein and Michael Schwartz and Jason Dady and Diana Barrios Trevino in San Antonio. Viewers will vicariously share in Pete’s adventures from sipping bourbon in Kentucky and kayaking in an Alaskan fjord to exploring pineapple and macadamia nut farms in Hawaii.

MOVEABLE FEAST showcases 13 new locations across the country, including:  Nashville, Tenn.; Louisville, Ky; Miami, Fla; San Antonio, Texas; Maui, Oahu, and the Big Island of Hawaii; and Anchorage and Homer in Alaska.

Healthy Chicken Caesar Salad | Jamie Oliver



Jamie’s chicken caesar salad is lighter, fresher and half the calories of a regular caesar salad while still high on flavour. Replacing the mayo sauce with a quality yogurt dressing slashes the saturated fat content and using skinless chicken breasts sprinkled with rosemary keeps the dish lean. Finish with a grating of parmesan and tuck in.
