It’s one of your FAVE formats so we’ve brought it back, BUT this time we each get 15 minutes to contribute to the dish. And it’s a good job too considering that this weeks theme is ‘Savoury Fine Dining’ (?!). Pan-fried Crusted Lamb in a Wild Garlic Oil, accompanied by Baby Hasselback Potatoes & Beef Dripping Beetroot Steaks on a bed of Yoghurt Pea Puree might sound pretty cheffy, but we’re not so sure we’re gonna be winning any Michelin Star’s just yet!

  1. the next category should be "absolutely anything" where you present tem with all sorts of ingredients and tell them to make a dish

  2. can you guys stop with the effeminate male voice for the vo's? love everything else but hate that, such a weird stereotype to use

  3. Poor Jamie, I feel you. I have that same issue with oil. Oil hates me with a passion.
I give a pity vote to Jamie.

  4. Terrific video footage! Hereabouts at Y&S FOOD! we really like to catch such a content. We make Travel & Food movies as well, throughout the planet, and also we are constantly interested in inspirations and approaches. Thank You.

  5. Here's the ranking:
    1. James for pulling all that craziness together and making me laugh
    2. Jamie for cooking the lamb even though the butter had it out for you and basting like a boss
    3. Ben for actually putting protein into the dish, but those leek rings idk
    4. Barry for starting the peas and potatoes
    5. Mike nobody likes beets!

  6. You should do one where each person has to use a random ingredient but will only know about it when it’s their time to cook. I would love the chaos
