Happy Halloween 🙂 Hope you’re all having a ton of fun tonight (and being safe)! For me, diet is a HUGE part of beautiful skin. What you put into your body reflects on the outside. Because of this, I’ve always been interested in what Korean celebrities eat (because let’s face it, they have BEA-U-TI-FUL skin!). So I hope this is helpful if you’ve ever been curious too! 🙂

xoxo,
Morgan

  1. We beauty smoothie sisters too! I love blueberries, raspberries, and pineapple mixed with super green powder, collagen protein powder, and almond milk

  2. well now I'm thirsty… btw I drink cranberry juice (about 1/3 cup and I add the rest of my glass with water) with 1 tablespoon of acv daily. it rly helps my acne.

  3. I hate eating greens too HAHAH but I've been trying to eat healthier and cleaner lately so I would love to see a video with your favourite beauty smoothies and their recipes!

  4. Great video idea and it encourages eating healthy, but I suspect most (if not all) of these celebrities' amazing skin is because of their genetics and other things they do (skincare, cosmetic procedures etc) rather than what they eat and drink. You could call it some sort of survivorship bias I guess?

  5. Morgan I absolutely love this video. Lately I've been lacking motivation with eating healthy and exercising. But after watching this, it makes me want to set a routine where I start to incorporate healthy food and exercise again in my lifestyle. I need to look into beauty smoothies. I usually make a fruit smoothie for breakfast when I have time, but I want to look into making some for dinner. Great video as always!!

  6. So basically, just eat normal healthy foods lol. It's so funny watching these kinds of videos because they all say the same thing basically but people are like "OMG I never knew that, I finally know the secret!" Like no, just eat clean foods and exercise and you'll be fine. Its something that's drilled into us by our doctors and while we're in elementary school but for some reason people forget about what's actually a normal and healthy lifestyle…

  7. I guess what differentiates barley tea from black tea is…barley tea most probably does not have caffeine. So not contradictory. Also some one who doesn't drink black tea but eats dark chocolate??? Dark chocolate has lots of caffeine too.

  8. It'll be great if you could share some of your beauty food recipes! E.g overnight oatmeals, smoothie recipes, fav must have ingredient!

  9. Bollocks. Their secrets are: good genes, ideal latitude (as in uv radiation levels) money, expensive dermatologists, professional peelings, photoshop and bbcream. I eat healthy and work out and have a relaxed life, never expose myself my face to the sunlight and still, have not that skin. Don't believe that by drinking barley tea you'll have that skin.

  10. isn't yogurt kinda contradictive? considering it counts as a dairy product (please cmiiw) and tends to cause cystic acne 🙁 or yogurt is "safer" to consume rather than milk or cheese?
