The first time I went to Japan, I got to experience the A5 Kobe steak, and that flavor still sings with me. I knew that it probably wouldn’t be possible to find a Kobe all you can eat restaurant in Tokyo, because, with me, they would be out of business in a day. However, I did find an A5 All you can eat Wagyu beef restaurant, can’t beat that(:

  4. Does anyone know why the marbling on Japanese beef is so different than American beef? Does it have to do with grazing area or something? Curious.

  5. You don't like raw beef? Carpaccio is one of my favourites, I think I'd really like the beef sushi. Is it strictly mainly Asian cuisine/countries outside of North America you film about and visit? Is that why your channel is called strictly dumpling? What's your take on European food?
